Current Openings:

Remuneration/salary in all given posts are industry-best and at par with regional markets. Azure Knowledge Corporation has offices in India, China, Kenya, and USA, and recruits local human resources in each zone.

IT Professional (code IT-01)

  • University degree with specialization in computer Science or related discipline
  • Fluency in English. the ability to communicate in French and /or Hindi is an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar position, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role for IT/IM specialists/technicians
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Planning and maintaining budgets would be an asset

IT Professional (code IT-02)

  • University degree with specialization in computer Science or related discipline
  • Fluency in English. the ability to communicate in French and /or Hindi is an asset
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Professionals with less qualifications but outstanding work experience and achievements may also apply.

Voice Process Executives: (International)

  • University graduates or undergraduates with fluency in international languages including English
  • Impeccable communication skills, may be required to interview people or conduct surveys by phone, internet, or in-person
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar position including sales or customer helpdesk

Voice Process Executives: (Domestic)

  • University graduates or undergraduates with fluency in any two major regional languages
  • Impeccable communication skills, may be required to interview people or conduct surveys by phone, internet, or in-person
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar position including sales or customer helpdesk

Non-Voice Process Executives: (International)

  • University graduates or undergraduates with fluency in international languages including English
  • Impeccable communication skills, research and document management skills. Will be required for data mining, business profiling and other tasks
